Travis Jordan grew up on an off-grid ranch in North Idaho, where his early experiences instilled a profound commitment to sustainability and renewable energy. In 2011, he co-founded Jordan Solar with the mission of making solar energy accessible to everyone, whether they are off-grid or on-grid.
With years of experience in the field, Travis has developed a reputation as a trusted expert, known for his can-do attitude and dedication to helping clients navigate the solar installation process. He takes great pride in empowering communities to embrace renewable energy, which not only reduces energy costs but also contributes to a sustainable future.
Travis’s background as a former journeyman and master electrician, combined with being one of Montana’s first NABCEP-certified installers, equips him with the knowledge and skills to address the unique challenges of solar projects. He finds fulfillment in each successful installation, making power accessible to people in places it’s never been before.
As a co-owner of Jordan Solar, Tim Koehn thrives on the unique challenges each solar installation presents, enjoying the creative problem-solving that comes with finding tailored solutions. He takes immense pride in witnessing installations come to life.
With a license as an electrician in both Montana and Idaho, as well as NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installation Professional credentials, Tim brings expertise and dedication to the team. Jordan Solar boasts over 65 years of combined experience, ensuring top-notch quality and efficiency in every project. With a decade of experience at Jordan Solar, Janelle Ramaker brings both passion and expertise to her role as Project Manager. A former NABCEP-certified professional, Janelle has a solid foundation in solar installation and design knowledge, which complements her advanced education—a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
When Janelle isn’t helping clients realize their solar visions, you’ll likely find her hiking, gardening, reading, or enjoying a horseback ride. She is an avid traveler who values sustainability both professionally and personally.
